Agenda planning

Our Smart Agenda Planning technology helps virtual and hybrid event planners save hours of tedious and frustrating scheduling work:

Build an outline timetable to fill with your sessions. This can include scheduling pre-recording of on-demand sessions several weeks before the event.
Define physical or virtual locations. Set locations' capacities based on size & layout (physical locations) or platform license/bandwidth limits (virtual locations).
Define tracks (AKA themes, topics, streams). Associate them with physical or virtual locations if appropriate. Set limits to how many sessions in a given track can run at any one time.
Create sessions manually or from submissions. Create session scheduling rules to ensure that sessions occur at a suitable time and place. E.g. "Live Q&A x must happen immediately after Live Stream of talk y".
Manually add speakers, panelists, moderators etc. or copy them from submissions. Lineup Ninja will make sure you don't double book speakers.
